Apostle / Bishop Dr. Juliette D. Fagan is the founder and general overseer of Vision Miracle Church Of God Evangelistic Association which was planted / birthed in Grand Cayman in 1998. Married to Co-Founder and Pastor, Bishop Leeroy C. Fagan.

Dr Fagan as she affectionately called believes the 5-Fold ministry must be in operation in the church and she functions in the office of the Apostle / Prophet as the Spirit leads.

She has always been passionate about radio broadcasting.

1n 1987 she started recording cassettes in here sitting room and then a small studio in her backyard. She went on to complete studies in radio / tv at the International College Of The Cayman Islands in 1992 and started a live show Friend Of A Wounded Heart and also aired recordings on Radio Cayman for several years - touching many lives.

As Kingdom Builders we must use the available technologies to push the gospel, go beyond the four walls and win the lost at any cost, it cant be church as usual.
